Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

77pu may implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures consistent with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any such procedures, including providing copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and a selfie upon request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77pu account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 77pu will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 77pu platform:

• The platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any defects in the platform will be corrected within a specified time frame.
• The platform or its servers are free from viruses, malicious code, or other harmful components.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content displayed on the platform.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that 77pu cannot guarantee any particular outcome. You participate in all games at your own risk and with your own funds that you can afford to lose.

77pu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player's payment provider.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the same player.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld by 77pu pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77pu, you agree to contact 77pu's customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 77pu will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with 77pu's support team, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits 77pu's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

77pu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77pu will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered address (where available), on-platform notification upon next login, or publication of the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 77pu platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if desired, request account closure through 77pu support.
